Mobility Challenge – Week 1
The Challenge Begins!
The Move Better. Feel Better. Challenge is here. If you’d like to improve the way you move and feel for better health, then this challenge is for you.
Over the next 4 weeks we’ll be giving you a different set of mobility exercises each week, designed to target a specific area of the body.
The aim of this challenge is to not only give you some ideas and tools in which to improve the way you move and use your body but also to help you build a habit of daily mobility exercises over the next 4 weeks too!
Below are the Week 1 exercises targeting the upper back and shoulders. Whether you’ve been working at a desk or lifting weights, improving the mobility in your mid-back is the key to unlocking the rest of your body and reducing common aches and pains.
Perform 10-15 repetitions of each of the exercises below 3 times through, every day for the next week. Send us a message at the end of the week to let us know how you are feeling!
Please Note: These exercises are not designed to treat pain and should only be performed within a comfortable range of movement for your level of mobility. The Advanced exercises should only be attempted by those with good levels of mobility.
