Welcome to the injury clinic
Thank you for taking the decision to improve your health with us here at The Injury Clinic Market Harborough.
We look forward to seeing you soon and getting started on your journey to recovery together. Before your first visit to the clinic, we wanted to give you some extra information to help make your visit as smooth as possible.
IMPORTANT: Changes due to Covid-19
In order to significantly minimise the spread of the virus and keep both you and our staff safe can we please ask that you familiarise yourself with and adhere to the special changes we have made below:
♦ If you or anyone in your family is experiencing a High Temperature, new Continuous Couch or a new Loss of Smell or Taste then please notify the clinic and do not attend your appointment.
♦ Please make sure that you have completed the mandatory screening questionnaire. This will be sent 24hrs before your appointment time and must be completed prior to each appointment.
♦ When arriving for your appointment please arrive at the clinic at your given appointment time (Not earlier or later).
♦ Leave any unnecessary items such as bags and coats in the car where possible.
♦ When entering the clinic please make sure that you remember to sanitise your hands at the stations provided before entering reception.
♦ It is mandatory that you wear a face covering when attending your appointment. We encourage you to bring your own, although masks will be provided for those that don’t.
♦ Unless a guardian or chaperone is required, we ask that you attend your appointment on your own.
♦ No towelling will be in use currently, therefore can we ask that you wear appropriate clothing for your practitioner to access the area to be treated or to bring your own.
♦ Contactless and card payments are encouraged where possible.
♦ We also encourage all clients to bring their own water with them.
♦ Can we please ask that those of you that are coming to us from a work place, change clothes (and where possible shower) before entering the clinic. Particularly frontline NHS workers.
If you have any questions or uncertainties regarding the above information, please get in touch and the team here in the clinic will be happy to help you.
Pre Arrival
Please currently arrive at the time of your appointment to avoid cross over of clients in the waiting area. Ensure all pre-screening and intake forms are completed before arriving. If you require reading glasses, please ensure you bring them with you for this part. Please also bring any relevant scan or medical reports should you have any.
Note: Our reception is only staffed in the hours of 930am-530pm. If attending an appointment after this time, please step inside and ring the internal bell and one of the team will greet you.

We have a limited number of customer parking spots; if spaces are unavailable, other parking options include free 2hr parking on Roman Way and paid parking at joules yard and the council office carparks located either side of king’s head place. Follow up appointments will be around 45mins.
Please note that timings may differ due to Covid-19 measures
Number of Treatments

Minor: 3-6 Injury Clinic Sessions
Major: 6-12 Injury Clinic Sessions
Complex: 12-15+ Injury Clinic Sessions
Cancelation Policy
Due to the demand for appointments and to be fair to each client; we have a strict 24hr cancelation policy; any cancelations made within a 24hr period of appointment or failure to attend without prior notice will still incur a charge.
